Refund Policy

All Iron Table Fit products are digital downloads (Excel workbooks) that are delivered instantly after purchase. Because the files can be accessed and kept immediately, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

Exceptions

We will gladly help if:

• You did not receive your download link,
• Your file is damaged or will not open, or
• You were charged more than once for the same order.

Contact us within 14 days of your purchase and we will send a working file, a replacement, or a refund for the affected item.

Before you buy

Our programs require software that can open .xlsx files (such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Apple Numbers, or LibreOffice). Please review each product description to make sure it fits your goals and equipment before purchasing.
